Animal Pak articles rule.
Every time I am getting ready to step into the gym, I always go to the bodypart on BB.com. I look at the various exercises to choose from in the exercise guide, and then I go to the training articles. I may read other peoples articles from time to time, but I always look for the Animal Pak articles. These articles are balls to the wall and that is the only way you should train. Thanks for the motivation Animal Pak.
