Question wot

Hey are you saying i can rest for two weeks and come back to the gym and be stornger??? mate how would i be able to work my whole body in one day. At the gym i do at least 10 sets per body part, i would'nt have any energy, i would have to be working out for 3 hours..with heavy weights. i think i'll stick with the lee priest programme.
