My only goal in life: To be stronger than the previous day.

Thanx for such a wonderful site, the infomation I have just received by far outweighes all the other sites that I have visited. If you don't mind I will be visiting everyday for new info, new exercises and training tips.

Excellent workout. I tried this one a few months back, and got great results on my shoulders. I would suggest it to anyone thats looking to get huge.

its shoulder night tonight, will give this a go.
normally do shoulder press, side and rear raise supersets, upright rows.

so your workout should give me more of a burn than normal!
