I don't see who the target audience is for that article - 9 sets for biceps and triceps on a specific arm day - this is worthwhile for about 2% of natural trainees who have great genetics.
A natural trainer would not have the recovery ability to be doing anything like that, she's clearly on the juice so her routines are worth a damn to the genetically average natural people which are the majority of members of this site

Her selection of tricep exercises is tricep pushdowns, single arm pushdowns, reverse grip pushdowns, and modified tricep extension.

This pros "training secret" is basically go stand by a pulley and do a bunch of pushdowns? That is weak.
