I see that the workout consists of different rep ranges. Are you still a MAX OT advocate or do you mix MAX OT principles along with hypertropy principles now?

I feel that more than the 4-6 rep range should be used in programs. I still love to train heavy (my favorite rep range is 3-6 reps), but now incorporate some higher reps as well.
