    Here goes:

    1. Tuna
    Oats
    Milk

    2. Oats
    12+ Egg Whites (2 yolks)
    Monster salad!
    Milk

    3. Apple
    Whole Wheat bread turkey sandwhich
    Milk

    4. Workout...PW shake

    5. Brown Rice
    Mixed veggies...or one veggie
    Meat...fish, beef, chicken
    Milk

    6. Nuts
    Milk

    7. Cottage Cheese...a whole tub.
    Tons of fish oil.

I'm basically shooting for a 40/40/20. I usually eat around 300g protein a day before shakes(and not counting protein from oats). It's one of those things: I'm making awesome gains...so I'll switch it up when it slows.

Edit: I'm usually not quite this structured, I eat dry oats and milk all morning and afternoon.

Ok, after moving from my country (Costa Rica) I haven´t been able to train, but now, the man is back...I don´t know if anyone remembers me, but I´m the one that never had been able to gain weight.

well, the still extremely skinny man is back. And I´m never giving it up. Today I bought a weight gainer that gives me 25 g protein, 114 g carbs and about 860 calories. This will replace two of the six meals.

Now, I´m planing to take one AFTER training, my question is:
after I take the weight gaines, how much time can it take till I eat real food? After all, food is the most important part in bulking, and a postworkout meal is also an important part of the diet. You guys are experts, I need your help here.

I´m sorry if i´m of topic here.

Ok, but what about taking a weight gainer directly after training and then eating 45 mins after training. Or should I ignore the gainer after training? Maybe I can take a half portion of the weight gainer, just so that my body could be able to eat after 45. Any suggestions?
