re:Dereks Intermediate Workout

Hi guys, just started the routine this week, will check back to update ur'l on progress. Question for Derek(hopefully he reads this forum)...I've read on all the sites that I've been to that ur workout should not be lonfer than 47.5 mins. Anythin longer can have a negative effect on growth hormones. How long should this workout last?

Cool Traning

Im starting this out next week after i take a whole weeek off from the gym. I will replace some of those exercises with my own but overall i will follow it I will post back later to see how it goes.
