The popular notion of eating multiple meals a day is flawed to say the least. There is no scientific evidence whatsoever that this works.
The fact is that the more you eat, the hungrier you tend to become. If you eat more than 3 times per day, you are well on your way to become obese or even diabetic. The pancreas is designed to produce insulin a total of TWICE per day.
This is science, not opinion.
