I'm not sure about this, only 2 exercises per day? My friend recommended this but he does every single muscle group per workout day (which sounds really difficult), because he thinks 2 exercises isn't enough.
I'm doing 4 total per day <2 per group> - just started, and not really feeling as pumped after or even fatigued the next day compared to my previous workouts.. is that normal? Its not the weight I'm using, because I can barely make 20 reps on the 3rd set.
