its not rocket science

i think even the most brain dead of begginners get that you get stronger by lifting heavier weights.
I supose you do often see begginners doing a small leg press rather than loading up a barbell of the squat rack but as their stabalising muscles grow they will be able to progress.
The reason i recon that the skinny guy (i was one) gets no results is that he doesnt increase his diet when he increases his excersise.
Could have sid how lower reps with heavier weight can be more benefitial than high reps with lower weight not just LIFT HEAVY! how frustrated i would be if someone told me this in the gym of course im trying my hardest!!
Definately an average article
