I tried your gain muscle, lose fat workout program for three weeks, what i want to know is you said change exercises and how long do i stay on this program and if you have another program i can follow.

i like the fact that you keep thyngs simple with the mass building workout so many ppl out there do thousands of excersise for bi's tri's chest and stuff and the only thyng they really need is two or 3 excersise and there good unless yur trainin to be a bodybuilder not evry body is sum ppl just wanna get big !
