Hi,

I'd like to know that I tried this diet fews months ago, first I did an classic diet very low in carb and hight in proteins, and after a month I was quite ripped but exhausted and lost a lot of muscles,

I did this diet for 21 days it was amazing my muscles were fuller, great pumpe, shredded, (as I told exept in my stubborn area, were I never be able to lose of my life).

this diet it's just amazing.
