nice article

Very good article. I was impressed at the knowledge base and the simplicity of the read. One thing I found that wasn't clearly stated though, is that for hypertrophy it the resistance used has to be heavy, but light enough to maintain that 8-10 reps; the article seemed like it was saying that the lifter had to try to hit 90% 1RM each time though I'm sure that's not what was meant. I'd be interested to learn more about the renal hypertrophy mentioned at the end of the article. Love the references to size principle, keep up the good work.
