Very good article but I thought it would be better if it describes what applicable uses deadlifts in sports, etc....but this is being nitpicky of me. But if he would have delved more into that than he would have answered why "deadlift is king."

Thumbs up visible results

Great article. I just wanted to agree publically. I started deadlifts about a year ago just for my lower back. I have seen amazing results (and I do mean I've actually seen these results). I now have large muscles down the middle and low back. Adds alot to the overall look of the back, instead of just having good lats and traps.

Again, great article.
