I agree, awesome article! I had no idea there were so many benefits.

IMO (from experience and this article), I think Green Tea should be handled just like any other stimulant - use only when necessary. It's probably just as habit forming as soda with caffeine.

As long as you're not drinking the stuff everyday all-day you should be cool

i dotn think its that habit forming. i read that coke has a fourth of the caffeine coffee does, and that tea has a fourth of the caffeine coke does. it might be habit forming, but it wont be too damn hard to kick the habit ifit becomes a problem. wow, now that i think about it, a gallon of tea equals about one cup of coffee

You heard wrong.

Green tea has around 45 mg of caffine and coffee has 100 mg of caffine. So you might want to look at naturally decaffinated green tea if you plan on drinking alot. Coke actually has only about 25-30 mg of caffine per 8 ounces.
