For those that have already read the article I'll make a recommendation here if you try the program.

On the "5 x 5" I used a weight that was about 80% of my normal 5 rep max. I also stuck to a strict 45 second rest interval (i used a stop watch) to make the sets true "Cumulative" sets.

This routine makes a lot of sense to me and I think I am gonna try it.....just had twins so my time is valuable and this looks to be a quick in and out routine so I am game!
