The approach that I take to completing my school work is the same one that I take to eating. Instead of eating three large meals a day, us bodybuilders eat five to seven times a day spaced out in two to three hour intervals. This gives the body a constant supply of nutrients. I recommend doing the same with your school work. Do a little bit when you can throughout the day. Not only will this prevent your brain from becoming overloaded but it will make the your workload seem less and easier. In psychology this is called spaced learning and has been shown to produce the best results in the classroom.
