Ive been rollerblading for ten plus years and the best advice you have to offer is to do some stalls on a rope or jump on a table.How about some specific muscle/strength enhancing techniques to help you jump higher.Like adding weight to a jump exercise.I have yet to do much research into the subject of how to jump higher but you didnt help me out much at all.
Oh and you watched movies like airborne huh.What tricks did you learn from that movie, some rugged frontsides and mute grab airs over benches.Cmon dude your a joke
