I guess this is valuable info. I have almost two years by now in the body building world; I've tried many methods getting very poor results. From now on I'll warm up pretty well and I'll try to add as much weight as possible to get better results.
I've doing the less mill body system "Body Pump" for muscle definition which I can tell has done the job; but now I need to get mass to reach my goal; muscle definition and muscle gain.
