Some references or sources would have been nice, but I've known for a long time that many top pro's get massages once or twice per week. Now, I will be getting one atleast once per month.

Big thanks for this article. My mate and I have been arguing for past month about this. (I'm in favour of sauna whereas my mate said it does nothing for bodybuilding and weight loss).

You mentioned that Sauna is not an effective for weight loss. Do you mean that Sauna is not effective means of weight loss if the person is not doing any cardio and purely rely on sauna for weight loss?

I most certainly agree with that whatever water you lose in sweat will only be repleneshed as soon as the body is hydrated but if a person is combining cardio + Weights + sauna, wouldn't it be +ve combination than not including the sauna at all?
