The answer to the post work out meal isnt specific enough the amount of glucose and maltos in fruit varies a lot but if I was to use a banana it actually has a higher percentage of glucose then choclate milk because chocolate milk is milk and sucrose, sucrose is 50% Glucose 50% Fructose where as banana is around 70% glucose once broken down
