Great advice Toney! I'm glad he mentioned that the workout he does is not for beginners. Most guys see these pros doing their workouts and try to emulate them. These pros didn't build all their mass with the workouts you see them doing nowadays. Can't wait for this weekend to see how it all pans out!!
