This is a really well done article.... Weight Training Does NOT Cause A Loss Of Femininity In Women... however, steroid abuse DOES!

I think that most women, when they think about female weight lifters, or female body builders, have visions of the massive ladies who compete at the professional level. I won't go into detail, but that sort of muscle growth on a woman (and a lot of men, for that matter) requires the use of anabolics.

Eat well, eat the correct amount, lift heavy weights with good form and stay away from questionable supplements and you will shape your body and never get overly large.
