Smile Old skool rules...

Good article, training tips and video.

I've seen the Jay Cutler and Ronnie C. back training on Youtube, and it seems to me they focus more on the heavier basic back movements. Jay's back video was in Vegas, a few weeks out of the O', and he was doin' heavy bent rows, deads and one arm rows. I prefer this system of training to relying on pulldowns, cable rows etc.

One thing that could be posted is the inclusion of Hanging Cleans and floor to shoulder cleans - these really beef up the back quick. Has anyone ever heard of the Bent Press and Side Press? These are kettlebell exercises that put a serious pump in your lats, and are a great finishing movement that also builds the lower back way better than hypers.

Wow. Good call on the added movements. It is great to read some feedback like yours! Thanks.
