Thumbs up

Very reasonable and sound advice. That's mostly common sense and I am glad someone put it all in one article!

I liked the article too... But getting 6-pack abs is also partly genetic, in that, everyone stores bodyfat in different patterns... Getting a 6-pack is not hard to do for many... But there is no clear explanation about 6-pack abs... I am confused by this... IMO, there are a few kinds of 6-pack abs...

1) Barely visible, but a 6-pack

2) Visible, but not deep

3) Visible and deep

4) Visible, deep and vascular

What is a 6-pack? There are varying levels of 6-packs...

It's just a selling point to attract readers and customers to the fitness industry. The term "six-pack" is pretty loosely defined, but the general public knows the term, which is why it is often used.

Thumbs up Abs

It's amazing how simple it actually is... Once you know the in's and out's... It makes more sense now than ever... This will hopefully help with my biggest trouble spot...

Eating small, frequent meals does nothing to speed up the metabolism.
