I have committed to this series of the 12 week program...I have been working out but lacked the commitment of clean eating and supplements. I have now cleaned my cabinets and fridge. I started my logs, doing my cardio and have started your workout recommendations. Thanks for the great program...

Ive committed to this program and am on the 5th day. I already feel sore but I'm excited to workout. I'm also eating healthy and feeling better. Find that the videos are really good and give a lot of good info. I'm excited to see how I look on the last day and really excited about the program.

Question
Is this more for people who have a high body fat.. cuz i'm wondering if this workout would fi tme since i have a fast metabolism and only weight 138 at 5'10".. where i try to stick below 8 reps???

Starting the 12-week program
I am a bit late but... Today is my 1st day w? the program. Lets see how it goes. I already know my body fat percentage is high and I need to get lean. I have always been the chubby one and I don't want to be anymore. I want to be the HOT ONE!!!
