Joey's story is fantastic and man what an inspiration.

Joey really proves that diet is essential and not just the exercise, but nothing burns fat like getting those muscles going.

One thing I am concerned about is the amount of protein Joey consumers. Everything I've ever looked at states that for every 1 pound of weight you should consume 1 gram of protein.

Wouldn't 300 grams be a concern to kidneys and liver?

Thanks again to Joey for sharing his story. I hope someone can clear up this protein issue for me.
