Str8flexed....question for you.
hey. I have been reading your articles and agree with you principals. But i dont understand when i am reading you programs such as "pounding the pec" "loaded guns" ect. You say you do 2 sets on each exercise to fauiler. So do you just do 2 set of failure then go to the next exercise, or do you do 2 sets or so before that, which make you strugle, but stop short of failure? Could you explain this to me?

And with good reason too...........No offense but the Teen section is becoming more and more of a nuisance section. I think you would agree Mingo even though you try hard in this section. It's not your fault but rather the younger and immature teens in here with no respect.

Plus, I'm not nearly big or popular enough to get hated on as much as str8  .

that's an old routine, I dont' follow that anymore and don't nessecarily think it's the best routine for one to follow either
