This article is worthless. ROS is said to be something slowing down creatine absorption in muscle in the article, but no where does it talk about what to do about ROS. My overall review of this article "Large Time Waster"

so the article took a minute to read but its like uhh so ros, do explain. feels like ya ran outta time to write a comprehensive article that would help readers better understand the articles theme. Id suggest to read the title uve given the article n seriously ask yourself, has this article helped the layman better understand how to beat ROS.

I'll have to agree, It explains what ROS is, and why you don't want it, but in no way does it tell you HOW to beat it. You even say that to increase creatine effectiveness you should decrease ROS. BUT HOW?!

Agreed
something more than just "a key creatine compound" would be nice to know as far as wtf it is.

Agreed, I think the reason they don't tell you how to decrease ROS is because the answer is cheap and easy.. antioxidants
Who wants to pay a premium after knowing that??
