http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/animalpak18.htm just makes no sense. He mentions that he eats 5-6 dozen whole eggs per day!!!! WTF!!! Each egg is around 70 calories. 70 cal * 12 eggs/dozen * 6 dozen = 5040 calories per day JUST from eggs!!!!! This makes no sense!!!! According to his rule of "have 15 calories per pound of body weight" means he weighs 5040 cal / 15 => 336 lbs. BUT!!!!!! He also says to eat 2g of protein per pound of body weight. Eggs have 6g of protein per egg. Having 6 dozen (or 72 ) eggs per day gives 6g per egg * 72 eggs => 432 g of protein!!!!! But according to the rule of 2 g of protein per pound of body weight means that he should weigh 432g of protein / 2 => 216lbs!!!!!
One system says he weighs 336 lbs and the other says he weighs 216 lbs!!!!!! In addition, all these numbers just come from consuming eggs. WHAT ABOUT ALL THE MEAT AND CARBS THAT HE ALSO HAS!!!!! Unless this man weighs in close to a tone.... this "Secret weight gaining diet" with "special ratios" makes no sense and is completely WRONG!!!!
