CriticalBench.com - Bench Press Blastoff!

It's not uncommon for someone to spend months or even years benching the same amount of weight with no improvement. With a few small changes in your technique, a good dose of hard work and some patience, a 300, 400, or even 500-pound bench press is within your reach.

Exclamation typos and errors?

I'm no expert here, I'm not a competitor nor someone who can keep to a routine very well... but it seems there's some typos in the document:

Section 8:
1 - 3 exercises per body part
1 - 5 repetitions per set
5 - 12 sets per body part
3 - 5 minutes rest between each set

Shouldn't that be:
1 - 3 exercises per body part
1 - 5 sets per exercise
5 - 12 repetitions per set
3 - 5 minutes rest between each set

Doing 12 sets of 3 reps seems a bit odd...

Section 15:
You're probably familiar with the story of the three-minute mile

...errr... maybe four-minute-mile? (later, the section says "a mile in less than four minutes") The fastest indoor mile is still 3:48.45; fastest mile is still 3:43.13 (Hicham El Guerrouj, Rome, 1999-07-07)

FYC...

No, the first section is right that you tried to correct. Don't know about the mile though.
