I hope I am writing in the right thread.
I really liked this article and started the chest specialization program on monday.
Having been on the Max-OT program for quite before that, it is quite a shock - in the good sense - for my body.
The only thing I'm wondering about this is how long should I rest between sets?
I tried resting 60s between each set but it seems a bit short...
Is it good anyway or should I rest a bit more?

I personally don't keep track of my rest periods, I go when I'm ready. That is my personally recommendation.
