Pretty good article, and it's always good to read about a Cutler workout.

I've always been amazed, and a bit wary, of the many catch-words and phrases used not just here but in many bodybuilding articles here and elsewhere.

While these words and phrases make the article more exciting to read (after all, this is a passionate business), I couldn't help but notice the abundant use of such imagery in this particular article - "sleeve-splitting..... skin-stretching.... armor-plated pecs and freaky arms.... bone-crushing strength.... freaky guns..... crazy sleeve-splitting pump.... snake-like vascularity".

I'm not being critical, I just find the whole thing to be rather comical, given that most normally-built men cannot quite attain the "armor-plated pecs" and "freaky arms" that Mr. Cutler has managed to acquire.

why should I go to the gym twice in the same day, why not having it all done in one time..it's not much of exercise to be done in one session?

Why doesn't it state the frequency? I assume you're not going to want to try to fit this in more than once a week?
