I know that obesity is a serious problem for some, but I think it's just wrong to cut up one of your organs in order to lose weight. I am not sure if it's impossible for some people to lose weight, but people with obesity should just use the tried and true methods of exercise and healthy diet before ever going to such drastic measures. This guy could've lossed his weight just by exercise and eating right. Instead, he chose to mutilate one of his own organs to get his weight down. That feels just totally wrong to me.
