I've done this before, lol....this is great in a group, split into teams, mix the cards up, red cards are one team, black cards are the other....when you keep throwing down one color it can be very challenging....Thanks for a way to do it when it's just me

This plyo card routine is GREAT! I just tried it and it was excellent! I'm going to definitely use it as an evening routine to get some extra cardio in!
All I wanna know now is...where can I buy a Jamie deck of cards? HEEHEE!!!

Love this , you can do it anywhere :D
I babysitting for a friend and wanted to get motivated for a workout b/c I had no access to gym or weights and LOVED THIS! Great take on plyo and it kicked my butt too  Easy to do while kids are napping too
Jamie is so motivating too
