Wolfmans Bro is on a distinguished road. (+10)
I whole heartedly agree with your agrument. I am not a bodybuilder whatsoever and do not strive to be. I strive to be a healty althletic type. But in my everyday life when will I ever need to deadlift 400lbs. We admire the ones who have put in the effort but unless we aspire to pursue that life why would we compare ourselves to that model? It is unrealistic and dangerous territory for some. I appriciate your insight on this topic.
