OK. I started following your recommendations on my workout yesterday. I was already doing three supersets of ez-bar curls and push downs and three super sets of isolation curls and decline skull crushers and then followed up with 3 sets of hammer curls. So, I will actually be saving time by following your recommendations.
Here is my question though. 5 sets is a lot. I was curling 100 lbs and doing 8 reps, 6 reps, and then 5 reps. However, when doing 5 sets, I had to do 100 lbs for 8 reps and then 6 reps, then drop the weight down to 90 lbs and do another 6 reps or whatever, then drop it to 85 and then on the final set drop it to 80 lbs. Is this normal? Is my body slow to recover?
Another question is that in your program, you have four exercises listed, but then when you scroll to the bottom of the article, you go on to explain other exercises like hammer curls. Am I not following your program correctly? Why mention these exercises when they aren't listed in your training program?

Try not to think about this program too much . . . It will not produce the results that is suggested by the title of the article. The only thing that works is consistent training over long periods of time plus a good diet. Maybe after a year, or so, you can put "inches on your arms".
This is just another quickfix/easy answer program that will not work.

Alright. I'm going back to my old workout then. I added an inch to my arms, but it took 6 months! I'm going to assume I'm doing things mostly right.

Started this one out yesterday. Purely because my current Arm routine needed changing (was getting boring and results where slowing) and I've not tried super set training before. I made a small change and reduce the weight of the bicep curls by 5kg on the 4th and 5th set. Arms where successfully destroyed.
Only query i have is if this will lead to the forarms being neglected? There seems to be a few flaws with this routine but after the pump i got last night i will try and stick it out for 4 weeks and see where i end up.

i really dont understand doing all that work for just a small muscle group.
the biceps grow almost equally as fast if doing just dumbell curls and barbell curls without supersetting.
and i dont understand what the reason for the misleading title is.
even as a juiced up bodybuilder, adding inches to the arms in a month is impossible. sure if its the first month your working out and you have diet and roids ready.

as long as you are hitting the deadlifts and doing heavy grip exercises (rows, pulldowns, pull ups) your forearms GROW over the course of a year or two

Going to be doing the final week 4 set tonight. Diet has been good in the 4 weeks since i started and i have had some good results. The shape of my Arms have changed to a more rounded shape and there is certainly a size increase. Arms where 15.4 to start, Will measure them again at the weekend and post results.

10lbs of mass over your whole body usually equals 1 inch to the arms. If you wanna gain inches to your arms then do a clean bulk FTW.
