How are you expected to build muscle with a workout that you're only doing TWO days a week? =o) I was under the impression that you're suppose to have only one rest day in between.
3 days a week would make more sense to me. Please school me on how this is possible.
A workout that is scheduled for: Mondays and Thursdays? Is this a typo?
