hey man what nonsense is tt!?? 60 sets of legs? how can it be possible if u r training intensely?!!? crazy ****. not even worthwhile and possible even if u r on 100tabs of dbol a day.
and pls ..mike mentzer did not suggest pussy workouts...and his wkouts are probably more intense and better than urs .

What a load of crap!

And they call HIT trainees dogmatic. THIS is dogmatic. It reeks of arrogance, masochism and total disrespect for other types of training styles which have gotten many people far bigger than him W/O juice. Freakin' idiot makes german volume training seem like a 5 minute walk.

I often workout with 40, 50 and 60 set routines. I grow. I dont overtrain. I train dual-factor baby!

Thumbs up hard work

I like the fact that someone has their own way of working out, if high set's are your thing then go for it. But dont put down or say someone is on the juice because it's not your type of work out. Besides that I loved the article, it is the hard work that makes a champ.
