Mike Mahler - Vegetarian Strength Training Part 2!

The first section will go over what to eat and when to accelerate fat loss. The second session will go over what to eat to gain lean muscle, and finally I will go over what a sample day looks like for me and why I eat the way that I do.

Question for mike.

I am sorry if you got this in a email version once or even twice, i'v been having problems with my email and i am not sure if it sent or not.

Anyways, here is what the email was suppost to be.

Hey mike, my name is Sebastien, i am french so i will try my best with my english.

Here is my story, I used to weight 160-170, so i was never fat since i am like 6 foot tall but now i have been a vegetarian for more then 1 year and man it's hard to eat proplerly.

In the past i worked out for like a few weeks then stopped for a few weeks and then started again for a few weeks and so on. Now i have been working out constantly for about 2 months and i have lost a massive amount of weight..
I am now 140 lbs! i am really cut and fit that is for sure... but i think i should at least weight 160 for my hight..

Here is my question: How can i be at least 160 lbs and still be fit by being a vegatarian and gain muscles in mass?

Sorry about my english i hope it wasn't too bad.

Thx you for your time, i appreciate it.

Ps: good job on trainning and being a vegetarian, you inspired me to do the same as you.

ScottyLaj is on a distinguished road. (+10)
Hey Sebastian, My name is Scott and i just joined. I am not personally a bodybuilder but have always been fond of the sport. I am 5'6 and 170 lbs with a low body fat percentage. I have always been well built but what i want to let you know is this. I recently started on a program called Herbalife which is %100 natural and safe for everyone to use. I believe there are even olympic bodybuilders on these products. They are an excellent source to gain weight for someone in your situation. If you want more information visit www.herbalcoach.com/store/ScottLajeunesse or email me for more information.
