Good article...just need one point of claification.
In the top portion of the artcile where you are writing about doing heavy bench and incline presses and then light cable cross overs etc, are you refering to doing this in one session (i.e. doing heavy/light within the same session)
If this is the case, can you post a suggested program for a 5 day split (1:chest, 2:back, 3:legs, 4:shoulders, 5:arms). I would consider myself an intermediate.
