God, its about time i started seeing these articles. Too many people at the gym are chuggin no2/whey/glutomine shakes in between sets and just killing me with their lack of intensity and form on the weights themselves.

question should be 'has advertising gone too far'.

i've seen studies indicating it may be possible in the future to have muscles with little or no exercise. i'm not sure exactly how it would be done though (supplements, shots, etc.)
