Critique my physique

Any constructives comments would be nice. However, 3 things I must specify

1) I know my pause is stupid, but I was joking around when my friend took the pic
2) I know I'm really really pale, but it was dark outside and the flash made me much paler then I really am (although I would really need a tan)
3) No other pics sorry, I don't usually take pictures of myself

Btw for some reason if any of you would want to know my stats:

Weight: 73.63kg (162lb)
Height: 5'11"
Weight Goal: 79.5kg (175lb)

nice upper body man especially where the traps and shoulders meet just put on some more leanmuscle and ur all set

Positives

1] Good Base . BF% looks low probably around 10%
2]Good definition . Good peak on the bicep and Your latissimus Dorsi ( Lats ) give you a good winged look


Negatives
1] Your way to skinny . BULK UP .. EAT EAT EAT
2]No seem only to work on biceps , chest and lats .. Work whole body .. Shoulders are lagging !
3] Your too pale lol


Other than that ...Its all gravy

Yea I realised recently that my shoulder are lacking... I mean, I DB Curl almost as much as I DB Press, so I created a new routine for my shoulders... Think you could rate it?

Normal Set: Clean Press (3 x 8-12)
Super Set: Military Press (3 x 8-12) + DB Press (3 x 8)
Strip Set: Lateral Raise (3 x 12-10-8)

And on my back day I also added upright rows. Problem is both upright rows and Military Press really hurt my shoulders, but the more I do it, the less it hurts so I guess in time I will get used to it and be able to do more weight... Anyways, does my shoulder program sounds good?

Also, I am trying to bulk up, trying to gain around 10-15 pounds (while keeping my bf% the same level, maybe even lower it a little in the process... Fast metabolism FTW!)

nice work, you are pretty pale, theres a girl in my school who looks like more pale then you (scary!), but she left this year, she got tanned a bit now though, nice arms
