Yea I realised recently that my shoulder are lacking... I mean, I DB Curl almost as much as I DB Press, so I created a new routine for my shoulders... Think you could rate it?
Normal Set: Clean Press (3 x 8-12)
Super Set: Military Press (3 x 8-12) + DB Press (3 x 8)
Strip Set: Lateral Raise (3 x 12-10-8)
And on my back day I also added upright rows. Problem is both upright rows and Military Press really hurt my shoulders, but the more I do it, the less it hurts so I guess in time I will get used to it and be able to do more weight... Anyways, does my shoulder program sounds good?
Also, I am trying to bulk up, trying to gain around 10-15 pounds (while keeping my bf% the same level, maybe even lower it a little in the process... Fast metabolism FTW!)
