College students who have to cook meals for bodybuilding
what are some ideas you guys have when eating for working out. do you do your own cooking. do you find it hard or easy to eat alot of food. and what types of foods do you guys eat. name them all. do you hire a chef to cook these or you do it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
most guys i know in dorms at college can't even boil water, so i'm amazed that you guys can manage. men are not good cooks.
i got a meal plan so i eat most of my meals in the dining hall and sneak out a lot of sandwiches and fruit, but when i am cooking, i make mainly eggs, pasta, and if you get the foreman grill it's pretty easy to make steak, chicken, and turkey burgers.
Man, I am the über-cook!
Besides the meal plan, I have a very limited income, so I can only afford to cook the following, and they’re all cheap..
eggs - easy to cook, or you can eat 'em raw
tuna - get a can opener, or file your two front teeth
spaghetti
grilled chicken breast
For the spaghetti and grilled chicken breast, I use, what may possibly be the greatest invention since the glory hole, the micro steamer. That thing f'n rules. You put in some grilled chicken, some pasta, and some water... pop it in the microwave, 10 minutes later BAM!! BOOM SHAKA LAKA LAKA! Full cooked meal, tastes great too!
Yea right next to scranton. It's actually called Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
$2.99 is the cheapest I have been able to find for boneless skinless chicken breast.
