Ecto, Meso or Lacto.. intolerant {serious}
Hey guys, sorry in advance if this is a bit of a stupid question but, Is it possible to tell over the internet if someone is an ectomorph or mesomorph.
First off - my height and weight. Currently they are 5'4, 138.9lb, which is 13lb more than I was 2 and a half months ago.
I have attatched 3 pictures on the bottom of this page to give you an idea of what my body looks like, you can look at my profile to see my physical gains over 2 months also.
Prior to me starting lifting, I didn't do much sport or activities for a while (few years ago I ended my rugby league career) so I had been pretty inactive, basically just going to school and playing the computer, with a little bit of partying and other things on weekends. I used to be quite skinny, but never really used get out or eat right.
Lately when I've been eating a lot and becoming more active, I have been having an increase of visits to the toilet also. On an average bulk day now, I will go to the toilet 4-5 times. Sorry for going into detail, but the ****s are SOMETIMES quite nasty.
This brings me to the second part of this thread - Possible lactose intolerant.
As with the bulking and all, I am also drinking a lot more milk.. Probably about 2-3L a day. I think maybe I could be mildly lactose intolerant, with the increased toilet visits and all. I don't get stomach pains or anything else though..
Any help/suggestions for either question and I'd be very thankful (and repful)
