I started out at 212 and have managed to get down to 180 without really counting calories. I have just been aware of what I have been eating and making sure I have been eating well. Now to shed my last 15 lbs I have decided to try and do it a bit faster and go the low carb route. I am new to this and have tried to do my best by reading other threads and putting together my diet. This is what I had today, and I can pretty much follow it until I reach my goal since I don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over again.
Is this a good diet for low carb?
MEAL ONE: 9AM
2 EGGS
MEAL TWO: 11AM
1 Can Tuna
1/4 Steamed Broccoli
MEAL THREE: 2PM
8 oz Chicken
1 Rice Cake with some Natty PB
Work Out 3-5
ON WHEY IMMEDITELY AFTER WORKOUT
MEAL FOUR: 6PM
8 oz chicken breast
1 Rice Cake with some Natty PB
MEAL 5: 8PM
8 oz Chicken breast
1/4 broccoli
Salad without any Dressing
MEAL 6: 11PM
4 oz Chicken breast
1/4 of Almonds
This is basically what I did today...the time for each meal was a little off since I woke up later then normal....Christmas vacation

I plan on cutting out the rice cakes and just eating striaght PB or mixing it with protein powder and almonds now that someone gave me that idea, but in terms of cutting and low carb how does that look?
Thanks for input...and will rep.
