Help Critique my Cutting Diet...Greatly Appreciated

I started out at 212 and have managed to get down to 180 without really counting calories. I have just been aware of what I have been eating and making sure I have been eating well. Now to shed my last 15 lbs I have decided to try and do it a bit faster and go the low carb route. I am new to this and have tried to do my best by reading other threads and putting together my diet. This is what I had today, and I can pretty much follow it until I reach my goal since I don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over again.

Is this a good diet for low carb?

MEAL ONE: 9AM
2 EGGS

MEAL TWO: 11AM
1 Can Tuna
1/4 Steamed Broccoli

MEAL THREE: 2PM
8 oz Chicken
1 Rice Cake with some Natty PB

Work Out 3-5
ON WHEY IMMEDITELY AFTER WORKOUT

MEAL FOUR: 6PM
8 oz chicken breast
1 Rice Cake with some Natty PB

MEAL 5: 8PM
8 oz Chicken breast
1/4 broccoli
Salad without any Dressing

MEAL 6: 11PM
4 oz Chicken breast
1/4 of Almonds

This is basically what I did today...the time for each meal was a little off since I woke up later then normal....Christmas vacation I plan on cutting out the rice cakes and just eating striaght PB or mixing it with protein powder and almonds now that someone gave me that idea, but in terms of cutting and low carb how does that look?

Thanks for input...and will rep.

If it's working for you then go with it.. I know that personally I lost too much muscle mass on low carb diets.. I time my carbs now and get close to 150 grams a day and still lose weight. Why no carbs? Any perticular reason?

I am now at 178-180lbs...and looking to make it to 165 which would put me around 8-10% bf. I figured the best and fastest way to do this would be low carb. I eat a high amount of protein so Im not too worried about muscle loss over fat loss. I just spent probably the past hour and 30 min. reading the main keto diet sticky and have decided to give that a try for the next 6-8 weeks. It appears to have some excellent results and I think its something worth trying. Besides the thought of being able to go low carb for 5 days and then crush a ton of carbs on fri. and sat. sounds well worth it to me

Thanks for the input though...appreciated.
