Kid on the bus, what should I do? (serious)

Alright, I am the only white kid on my bus and theres this little fat douche bag who thinks he's funny and **** and so he calls me bird**** and cracker.

He started calling me that today, and I just called him fat and whatnot, and he said "bye bird****" as I was getting off the bus and I just smiled like I always do and said "bye fatass".

I'm a real nice kid, I always smile and stuff and find it hard to be mean to people.

What should I do?

Should I be cool and just call him names back? I can't really make fun of his color (brown) cause the whole bus is filled with Mexicans and then I'd be screwed and I hate even describing people by their color.

Or should I be an animal and take the offensive? What should I say to him?

Hey bird****, you need to learn how to defend yourself and quit backing down to him. Right now, he thinks he has you by the balls because you're his little bitch. If you don't do anything, expect to be called the same names each and everytime you see him. He's bullying you with ease.

My advice, he is a piece of crap, you know it and so does he. if you reply you feed his ignorance. if you just ignore him completely he will think he intimidates you. just give him a look telling him you know he's a fast sack and then shake your head like you feel sorry for him like you should, and don't give a phuck, wich you shouldn't, cause he's a piece of crap that tries to put you down to make himself feel better or look cool. then you ignore him, completely, after that.

Bad advice. The moment he says spic they'll probably gangkick his ass. People dont hear whole sentences they just hear the trigger words. If you're going to insult him back call him fat but no racist remarks.

I wouldn't call him names anymore....I think it could get out of hand...especially as you get more and more pissed off. It could lead to a fight, and even though you look like you could handle it against one or two kids...I don't know about 5-8. And you wouldn't want some hate crime kind of thing on you if things do get out of hand.

I know this sounds stupid, but if it were me I would just sit there and not say anything....or just make smartass remarks that sort of make fun of him without really making fun of him. That way you get to make him look like an idiot without him really even knowing it.

1st time pretend to not hear him
2nd time turn your head slowly and yell "hey Julio (pronounce as Tulio tho) why don't you shut the **** up"

say that verbatim in a lound angry voice, hopefully you don't have a lisp (which would effectly negate that)

If you wanna play the eye for an eye, hit him with 'chocolate face'

just say "a racist term" instead of actually saying "spic". That way everyone might agree with you, but still won't beat the **** out of you. But, I find it unlikely that a lot of the kids on this bus are too big on the thinking.

nah, I think I'm gonna beat the **** out of him. He's like 5'5" with 25% bodyfat.

The only problem is I dont know if I can say it and be angry about it. Like thinking about it hours after it's happened made me angry but being in the situation, it's hard for me to get angry. It's the same way when I play football.
