Screw bread. Even if it is whole wheat, it's processed. You should choose the whole grain brown rice because there is very little processing involved Even though the bread is whole wheat, there are some nutrients still lost just because of the processing.
Brown rice can be seasoned with many spices and herbs, and these add more nutrients. You bake the chicken, steam the rice, and have some chicken and rice. Simply delicious!
