A slight introduction, would also like to hear some opinions
Heya guys. Ive been looking on the Bodybuilding website for some time and i just now discovered the forums. I figured i would tell a lil bit of my work out routine and show pics of how ive been doing and hear what you guys have to say.
Im 18 yrs old right now and currently weighing 165 lbs and 5'7. Ive been basicly working out since my mid JR yr in highschool and have been coninuing ever since now which is becoming close to my mid SR yr. My diet simply consists of 2 bags(at the same time) of ramen noodles with 3 eggs scrambled in and one pack of flavoring, and ham and cheese sandwhiches. I well occasionaly make myself some burgers on my George Foreman with grade A ground beef and usualy eat those with one piece of cheese on wheat buns. My goals is just to become bulky and lean.
I worked out a couple times at my school gym, but the rules have changed and you can only use the gym if you're on a sports team. so pretty much ive been working out at the convenience of my own home. I have a complete dumbell set and a curling barbell as well also a cable lat and butterfly machine and a bench (not one for benchpressing) with tons of standard free weights(about 220lbs). So ive really just been doing various dumbell and barbell excersises. Im really sacarficing the need for doing deadlifts and barbell bench press so im probably going to join a gym here in the next month or so.
So tell me what you guys think, i would appreciate any types of feed back. I also feel i have to lose a great amount of body fat to, so i thought of mybe doing some cardio in my work out. but im not sure so let me hear what you guys have to say.
i also take nitro explode a half hour before my work out and drink 2 40g whey shakes.
