Happiest training moment?
I hope this is the right forum to put this in...
I'd have to say mine would be way back in the day when I was finally able to put up 135 on the bench. I know it isn't much, but back then, I was tiny as hell, and I felt like such a badass for being able to put up those 45lb plates on each side.
How's about you guys/girls out there?

The first time I was able hold a back bridge for one minute! I never thought I would be flexible enough to do this. My neck has always been plenty strong but I was inflexible as a piece of iron.

Breaking 300 on the deadlift. Of all the other goals I've reached in my lifting, that was the first one that I planned out and trained for. The sense of accomplishment was amazing.

Happiest training moments for me are the last workouts before a layoff. I know i'm going to take 1-2 weeks of rest and for the last workout i'll always go crazy with it with intensity methods like TUT combined with dropsets and rest pauses.

probably benching 315. I had benched 290 but was stuck at 300 for like 4 months...I keep trying it and getting stapled.
Then I went to a Sheiko high vol powerlifting program. When I maxed again I got 305 pretty easy. All I really wanted was to break 300. Then I tried 315 for the heck of it and got it, lol. It was quite a shock to me....it felt like I was in a slow motion movie.
About 9 months before that I missed 205 for a triple

Getting under 405 on squats for the very first time and nailing 4 reps, on my 25th birthday no less.

Yes. If I don't, my flexibility suffers. That is my really limiting factor.

Remeber high school or even middle school where they lined us all up and had us perform exercises like chins or had us climb the rope. Well... remember that fat kid who got rope burn before he even left the floor? The good news is, my hands have healed. In any case when I could do ten chins unassisted I might as well have grown a twelve inch member that day. What a day! Now if I can get over this phobia I have for ropes, I'd like to give that another go around. lol

My recent 315 Squat for 18 was fun; until I realized I wanted to lift big things again.

Another was being able to do handstand pushups between two chairs. It didn't think that I was ever going to be able to do that. The most I ever got was like three but it was still a great accomplishment for me.

Maybe the 500 lbs Deadlift because I didn't get to train it for months because of my back.
315x3 bench press was pretty cool because I wasn't expecting it and I did it on a deload
405x1 squat would probably be up there too...
The thing is... I was only happy for a little while... I expected balloons and **** to come from the ceiling... none of that happened

I guess lots of things, but what first springs to memory is the first time I was able to put two 45lb plates on a dipping belt, and actually rep with it, hehe. I admit, I still like the looks you get when doing weighted dips\chins. (Especially when the person next to you can't do them with bodyweight)

No ****, especially once you realize you hit a major milestone and you still look the same. As if hitting the 4 plate mark will instantly add 50lbs to your frame...

Moments
These were all pretty cool accomplishments. I would have to say my biggest acheivement was benching 225lbs 8 times. Even when I weighed 205 to 210 I could barely get 225lbs up 6 times. Definite ego boost for a small guy.
